HERE ARE SOME OF THE SECRET DISCUSSIONS GOING ON NOW.........WITH CERTAIN INFO DELETED for obvious reasons:
Kaleb & Michael:
Liz, Don, and myself ate lunch... yesterday at a certain restaurant in Boulder. We mentioned that we want to do a flash mob Sunday, weather permitting............ . My original idea was t based on the “Google Schmoozing” thread perhaps we should save that for next week.
I need your help and support to pull this off. We need to publicize this flash mob on Facebook and Twitter starting today. Capacity ....is.... is limited so we cannot ask everyone to show up all at once. Ross suggested that we stagger the flash mob between 3 and 6 P.M. So the details are as follows:
Where: Secret Location
When: Sunday, March 21 @ 3-6 PM
What do we need to do?

· Tweet from personal and boulderfiber Twitter accounts: “Vote @ BoulderFiber.com then meet on 9-21@3-6PM and mention #boulderfiber.” This is short enough to retweet. Do this hourly until the event.-All on this distribution!

· Put up on Facebook wall that we are celebrating Boulder Fiber Weekend @ W

· Blast out a short e-mail on ConstantContact on the flash mob. It has to be very short since we just hit them a couple of days ago. Also, mention that there will only be a couple of more messages next week as we get down to the deadline so they don’t think we are going to start spamming them.-Kaleb

· Bring posters and cards to the event to pass out-Kaleb and Alan(?)

· Come to the flash mob-All on this distribution!

Kaleb and Michael please let me know that you have the time to support this effort and everyone else please RSVP.
Jann Scott said that he will be there doing some “man on the street” interviews. It would be nice if he could get a couple of sound bites from us. If everyone supports this effort and I confirm I will send out another message shortly to start the chatter on Facebook and Twitter.
