City of Boulder settles for $10,000. with Seth Brigham!

FLASH! August 11 2010 1pm The city of Boulder settled a threatened lawsuit with Seth Brigham for the amount of $10,000 according to sources close to the city attorneys office. David Lane Brigham’s attorney refused to comment saying that part of the settlement was not to even discuss that there was a settlement. Same was said by Macoln Cowles city councilman. Mayor Susan Osborne refused to take calls on the matter. Councilman Ken Wilson was visable shaken at the mention of Brigham’s name.

city council also refused to publish an account of the settlement saying that “it was a huge embarrassment that the city of Boulder would make deals with a terrorist” Brigham was called a terrorist by city councilwoman Angelique Espinozza. She was driven from office by the free speech community.l
But the secret is out now. Brigham who was abused for years by Mayor Mark Ruzzin and then Mayor Shaun McGrath who were both involved in malfeasance which Brigham uncovered. Brigham, also filed a congressional grievance against the city for free speech violations.
According to the ACLU “this is a huge win for Boulder’s free Speech community in Boulder” Betty Ball at RMPJC said” at least now we won’t have to encircle the city municipal building.
Brigham refused to discuss the matter with Boulder Channel 1 news at a celebration party at Boulder Chop House.
