Medical Schmedical ! Jann Scott is at it again. The local TV talk show host and blogger handed the City of boulder its head yesterday in his daily blog ” My Life in Boulder”. Scott has been conducting undercover drug stings into the operations of Boulders medical Marijuana ”drug stores”. ( he refuses to call them medical marijuana dispensaries.)
Scott has made a connection between the city of Boulder government and Mexican drug Cartels saying they operate the largest stores. Scott also called the Boulder Police Department ” a corrupt organization which allows drug dealers to target children.” Boulder channel 1 news has previously reported back alley drug sales to ten year olds by medical marijuana dispensaries on University hill. This was eye witnessed by a Boulder Channel 1 reporter. Earlier in the year two Boulder channel 1 news reporters went to various dispensaries and purchased narcotics.
The city of Boulder has refused to comment. Boulder police department has also refused comment.
Scott filed 3 official complaints with the Denver office of the Drug enforcement agency and the US attorneys office who have also refused to comment.
DA Stan Garnet in a letter to Jann Scott earlier in the year replied ” what am I supposed to do?”
